Specific fixing clips and nut cages
The nut cage and the fixing clips are destined to the fixing components to all kind of industrial sectors.
Two categories of products exist, the nut cages and the fixing clips, treated additionnaly by heat treatment improving the mechanical resistance and the strength resistance.
Frequently a surface treatment is applied to protect the component against the corrosion and to upgrade the component aspect. The surface treatment can also have the function to ameliorate the sliding properties of the component.
The nut cages or the fixing clips in stainless steel can be procured annealed or harderned, but the components in this material don’t need additional surface treatment. In fact such material is already protected against the corrosion.
The hardened stainless steel are material grades with a natural mechanichal resistance and also with a controlled elastic properties. Such specific material can make possible the manufacturing of fixing clips with an important spring effect.

The fastening clips are made under stamping press equipped with a progressive stamping tool.
